I have been using the services of Provincial Meats for about 5 years now and I have to say that I have been extremely satisfied and pleased both with the service and with the quality of the product offered. Mike "the meat-man" always has a smile, an amusing anecdote and remembers those small details that make the service personal. He is very knowledgeable of his product and will often make suggestions that prove to be satisfying. Most of the products I have purchased have been delicious and easy to use and Mike will often provide cooking instructions. When I was not satisfied by a product, Mike immediately refunded me and suggested something else. My favourites include the jumbo shrimp and the individually frozen, boneless chicken breast because they are the meat base for many of our meals.
